Please Note: If booking more than 14 days prior to arrival a non refundable deposit is charged. If booking within 14 Days of arrival the full price of the reservation is charged and is non refundable.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
