The open-plan shared kitchen has a washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer and cooking utensils. The lounge area has leather seating, dining table and a digital TV. The bathroom contains a bath with shower. These facilities are shared with other guests at the apartment.

The apartment reception is at Constantinous Hairdressing Salon, on the ground floor. It is open from 09:30 until 17:30. You must provide an arrival time if you plan to arrive after 17:30.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
