The studios feature a sofa bed. Some are equipped for a disabled person. The 2 room apartment (4 people) has a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a dishwasher. The 3 room apartment (6 people) has 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living room.There is also a dishwasher. Utensils and crockery are provided.

Reception is open every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
