For those of you booking an apartment: - A refundable security deposit must be paid at check in. - Final cleaning is included but guests are asked to take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen before leaving. - Additional cleaning is available on request and at an extra cost. Entrance to the wellness centre is at an additional cost, whether you choose apartment or hotel accommodation.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 7 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 8 to 11 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking for more than 25 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
