Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
