Travel information

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. - Shortly before the N2 splits, continue on the left and follow the M3 (De Waal Drive) into Cape Town. - Follow the M3 for a few kilometres, direction of Camps Bay. - Once on Orange Street, pass the impressive entrance to the Mount Nelson Hotel on your left-hand side. - Turn left onto Rheede Street at the next set of traffic lights. - Turn left onto Kloof Street, then left again onto Wilkinson Street - Turn left once more, onto Faure Street. - The Fritz Hotel is on your right-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
