Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  ZAR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
