Travel information

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. - Stay in the right-hand lane as you follow the N2 into the city centre. - Take the Strand Street turn-off, turning left in the direction of the city centre. - Follow Stand Street through the centre of Cape Town (stay in the middle lane). - At the top of the hill, Strand Street becomes High Level Road. - From the set of traffic lights on the corner of High Level and Ocean View Drive, it is exactly 1km until you reach Hill Street. - Turn right onto Hill Street. - The entrance to the hotel is on the corner of Hill Street and Romney Road.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 120.00 per person.  Breakfast costs ZAR 60.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 15 years are charged ZAR 300.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
