Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
