Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 95.00 per person.  Breakfast costs ZAR 65.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
