Travel information

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of the city centre. - Follow the signs directing you to the Sea Point Waterfront. - The N2 ends at the first set of traffic lights. - Continue ahead and turn right onto Western Boulevard at the second set of traffic lights. - Go straight ahead and follow Beach Road. - The ocean should be on your right-hand side. - At the end of Beach Road follow the curve of the road onto Queens Road. - Turn left onto Regent Road at the next roundabout. - Turn left onto Solomons Road just after the BP garage. - The hotel's underground parking garage is on your right-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs ZAR 90.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
