Travel information

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town’s centre. - Once you reach the city centre, keep to the left of Table Mountain, passing Groote Schuur Hospital on your right. - Continue on the left lane as the N2 splits into Eastern Boulevard (right) and the M3 (De Waal Drive). - Follow the M3 until the Mill Street turn-off to your left. - Cross a bridge and 2 sets of traffic lights. - Turn left onto Hof Street immediately after the 2nd traffic light. - Keep left in the bend at the top of the road. - You will see Villa Lutzi straight ahead.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night for cots.  All children from 2 to 14 years are charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
