■ By car From Cape Town International Airport ▪ Take the N2 towards Cape Town. ▪ Keep on Eastern Boulevard until you come to the traffic lights between the Convention Centre and the V&A Waterfront (approx 20 minutes). ▪ Continue straight over this traffic light and the following one, then turn right at the 3rd traffic light into Somerset/Main Road direction Sea Point/Green Point. ▪ Stay on this road passing the Green Point Stadium on your right and Ultra Liquors on your left. ▪ About 500m past Ultra Liquors turn left into Hill Road and first right into Antrim Road. ▪ St Bedes Terrace is at No. 26 on the right-hand side at the end of the road.

Lying underneath Signal Hill, it is an easy stroll from the Seapoint promenade and a 5-minute drive from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Robben Island ferry and world class aquarium. 10 minutes away is the iconic Table Mountain and the famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 60.00 per person.  Breakfast costs ZAR 40.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
