Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One further child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
