Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 50 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
