Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged ZAR 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
