Travel information

By car: - Arriving at the airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town city centre. - When the road becomes 4-laned, keep on one of the left-hand lanes. - Once on De Waal Drive, pass underneath the foot bridge and take the left slip-way. - The high rise building in front of you is Gardens Centre. - Just before the bridge, take the slip-way to the left and continue until you reach the traffic lights. - Turn left onto Buitenkant Street. - Travelling towards the mountains, cross the 4-way stop street and turn left onto Ludlow Road. - Continue until you reach Fairview (on the left-hand side).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
