Please note that, for more than 3 rooms, the total price of the reservation will be charged if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. The hotel is anticipated to be fully operational by mid 2008. This includes the in-house restaurants and rooftop bar. A complimentary gym voucher to Virgin Active is available as a temporary measure until completion of our spa and gym in September 2008

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 55.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 140.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
