Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 5 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
