Rooms

All apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates and a mini-oven. A safety deposit box and phone are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Hotel details

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00. Baby kits are available upon request before your arrival date. They are composed of a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
