Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
