Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 26.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
