Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. Credit card will be used for guarantee of payment, hold on credit card will be placed at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, Breakfast included in rate for 2 people per room per day. Additional charges are applicable for extra person's breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 47.04 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
