Kids will love the resort's Penguin's Kids Club, which offers educational activities and more. The club features a children's pool, an outdoor play area and an air-conditioned clubhouse. Open daily from 9 AM until 5 PM for ages 4 to 12.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  USD 10.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
