The Gran Caribe features 8 different dining options for guests including buffet, show cooking and a la carte service. With a variety of international cuisines, including classic Mexican, Asian and Italian, there is something for everyone. Gran Caribe Real Resort & Spa also offers 8 bars located on-site, all offering specialty beverages and cocktails. Many of the bars also serve light snacks and appetizers. The 24-Hour All Inclusive Lounge offers snack and beverages 24 hours a day.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 13 to 17 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
