These apartments are located opposite the sister property, the Aparthotel Maracaibo (you only have to cross one street) are part of the same complex. This means that the swimming pool, the cafeteria and the 24 h reception (for the delivery of keys and any kind of information) are situated in the Maracaibo. All of the facilities at the Maracaibo are open to use for guests of the Mar Brava, and both properties share the same internal telephone system.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
