Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
