Cancellation Policy: In the event that we are able to re-let the accommodation over the same period for the same rate we will refund a pro-rata portion up-to 80% of the total paid.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.  Breakfast costs ZAR 30.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
