Hotel details

Surrounded by tall trees, the Zen-like pool adds to the elegant atmosphere of the apartments. Next to the daily cleaning service, the towels are changed every third day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged ZAR 80.00 per night in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
