The Inn at Harvard offers 111 elegant hotel rooms, all renovated and redecorated in 2006. The room renovations include classic décor blended with contemporary features, included wide-format flat panel televisions in every guestroom. The well-appointed guestroom environment is filled with vibrant colors, rich cherry woods, classic almond toned walls, warm silken textures accented with black granite top furniture and sleek chrome lighting fixtures. Business travelers will appreciate additions like ergonomic chairs and two touchtone telephones with voicemail. Artwork hanging on the guestroom walls is commissioned from a well know local photographer, reflecting Harvard University’s architecture and landmarks, as well as local points of interest.

The Inn at Harvard offers a complimentary Fitness Center for guest use on the first floor, 6:30AM - 9:30PM.

The Inn at Harvard offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and bar service. The sky lit Atrium is an intimate gathering place with the atmosphere of a grand residential living room.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 40.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.45 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 4 years is charged USD 25.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
