There are 18 en suite rooms, very much appreciated, all decorated in light neutral colours and simply yet comfortably furnished. Overlooking the dunes, valued throughout, the Place at the Beach offers is just metres from one of the most dramatic white sandy beaches on the south coast, Camber Sands. Each room has a TV and a digital radio. The supremely comfortable beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, and above all, feather duvets and pillows. The larger rooms are perfect for families. All of the clean, valued throughout, white bathrooms have a bath and come complete with thick, fluffy towels. The new-look restaurant has warm, highly regarded, natural colours and textures, soft lighting, and paintings and sculptures by local artists. The new bar has a completely refurbished heated terrace with driftwood arches, very much appreciated, bare wooden tables and a bamboo roof. The menu features classic brasserie dishes and char-grilled meat and fish dishes, valued throughout, made with fresh, locally sourced produce. Free on-site parking is available.
