4th Avenue Cafe features a creative selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts, created with fresh ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can also enjoy a variety of cocktails and beverages in the 4th Avenue Lounge area.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. Please note credit card must be in the name of the registered guest. Unfortunately this hotel does not accept cash or checks. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CAD 9.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.   Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
