Food & Beverages

The Thai Place Restaurant, a popular Thai restaurant, is located on-site. Menu items include pad Thai, green curry and spicy beef noodles. Enjoy the great selection of imported beers and unique wine list. Open 11 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays. Reservations are recommended. The Q Lounge features a selection of imported and domestic beers, martinis, hi-balls and a unique wine list. Comfortable chairs, big-screen TVs, and pool tables make for the perfect happy hour at the Q.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Two children stay free of charge in queen rooms only.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 1.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged CAD 15.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
