As a guest of the Neptuno, you can enjoy all the facilities of the Hotel Neptuno, located next door. This includes a free entertainment programme for children and adults. You can also complement you meal plan with buffet meals in the hotel, subject to availability and upon request.

Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant serves buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast comes accompanied by Catalan cava (sparkling wine).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged at least days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 8.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
