Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or modified, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.50 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 8 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
