Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per room per night is not included.  13.44 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
