Sofitel Le Sphinx boasts 2 impressive meeting rooms accommodating up to 250 people with optimum comfort and convenience. The meeting rooms can be set up in theatre, classroom or U-shape. Effective communication and results is enhanced by state-of-the-art audiovisual and technical equipment. There is also a banquet hall available for special events.

The Swimming pool will be under renovation from November 15th 2009 till March 1st 2010. During this period guests can make use of the neighbouring swimming pool.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per room per night is included.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
