A free airport shuttle is provided for guests reserving the hotel from this site. You are kindly asked to write your flight number, flight date and the name of the airline company in the guest remarks box during booking. Notification needs to be sent at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

The Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo has a selection of excellent gourmet restaurants. Start your morning with the buffet breakfast in Café Jardin which also serves international cuisine. English high tea with French and oriental pastries and tea, freshly brewed coffee and soft drinks is served in the Marquis Lounge. Indian and Chinese cuisine is served in The Silk Road, and oriental and Italian cuisine in La Veranda. Traditional Egyptian and Lebanese cuisine is served at Abou Auof Café. The hotel also has The Petit serving Lebanese cuisine, and the Italian L’Italiano Restaurant.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per room per night is not included.  12 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 24.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
