The hotel is located on the corner of Sheridan St and Thomas Street - 359 Sheridan Street. Head north out of Cairns on the Highway towards the airport and we are on the left just past the Statue Of Captain Cook, about 1.5km from the centre of town. We are only 4km away from Cairns airport.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 16 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 16 years are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
