After hours check-in service: Guests arriving after the reception has closed, should contact the resort’s night operator on arrival. Please lift the phone handset which is to the right of the main reception entrance. You will be greeted by the night operator who will give you a simple code to access your room keys from the outside wall safe next to the phone. Along with the room key, you will find a property map with highlighted directions to your room.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 13.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs AUD 17.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 6.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
