Credit card payments incur a transaction fee between 1.5% and 3.5%. Guests should be advised that the hotel is currently re-painting the exterior of the hotel. Work is carried out Monday to Friday, from 08.00-17.00 hours and is due for completion by the 30th of December 2009. The exterior of the whole hotel is being painted, with one area being worked on at any one time. Disturbance to guests is expected to be minimal.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs AUD 20.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AUD 20.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs AUD 10.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 17.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AUD 25.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
