Reception is open 08:00 - 20:00. If you arrive after 20:00, there is a phone located to the left of the main door. Lift the receiver and wait for reply.You will then be provided a combination to a safe located next to the phone. Open the safe to take your room key and check-in information. No online booking accepted after 21:00 on the day of stay.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 9.00 per person.  American breakfast costs AUD 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 36.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
