Food & Beverages

Dine in style in the hotel's restaurant, Orellana, where you can enjoy local-style cuisine made with a modern touch, followed by home-made desserts. Lunch is served between 13:30 and 16:00, and dinner between 21:00 and 23:30. It is closed on Sunday evenings. The hotel also has a cafeteria where breakfasts are served between 07:30 and 11:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.31 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.82 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
