There are 4 restaurants and 5 bars located on-site at the Hacienda del Mar. For buffet-style dining there is Tomates Restaurant, or for a more elegant experience try D Cortez Grill, featuring fresh seafood and live music.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 18.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  4 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 24.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
