Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 35.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 75.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
