Airport transfers can be arranged to and from the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel directly once a reservation is in place for more information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is not included.  16 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 22.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
