Hotel details

Each of the 4 meeting rooms has a 42-inch Samsung LCD TV with direct data link, flip-chart and whiteboards, and complementary wired and wireless internet access.

Food & Beverages

Get your day off to a good start by indulging in the complimentary continental breakfast buffet, which is served daily. A wide selection of cereals, juices, yogurts and pastries are available. Guests can also enjoy an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Vending machines can be found on the ground floor of the hotel. Lunch can be provided for conference delegates, and a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and snacks are served at the bar throughout the day.

PLEASE NOTE, that 2 children up to 17 years stay free of charge in the same room as the parents on a sofa, where 2 people can be accommodated.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 5.95 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 19 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
