Travel information

From the A7 motorway, take the Großburgwedel exit and continue on for about 1 kilometre until you reach the town centre. Turn left into Am Markt (street), and left again after about 20 metres. You will see the entrance to the Marktkieker on the right-hand side, between 2 big oak trees.

Area information

The hotel is easily accessible, just a few minutes from Hanover city centre and exhibition grounds, yet in the heart of Großburgwedel, with its beautiful natural surroundings. Attracive day-trip destinations such as Lüneburger Heide (Lüneburg Heath), the Serengeti Park (safari park), the Vogelpark (bird park) and the Heidepark are all close by, while golf enthusiasts will enjoy the hotel’s close proximity to the local golf courses.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
