Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
