If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 4.
