Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 4.
